Organized by Mr. Ke , Chairman of KEMA, a delegation of presidents from chambers of commerce across China gathered at Westlake University — China's leading new-type research university — on June 25 for cutting-edge sci-tech exchanges and industry-research matchmaking. Focused on the commercialization of new energy technologies, the event explored technological upgrading and industrial cooperation across two core business segments: cleaning equipment, and power generators & energy storage systems.

The delegation toured the university's core R&D laboratories to gain first-hand insight into its academic innovation ecosystem. In the follow-up industry-university symposium, Mr. Ke and the KEMA team held in-depth discussions with the university's research faculty along two dedicated tracks:
· Cleaning Equipment Track: Exchanges centered on photovoltaic-powered cleaning devices and field applications of low-carbon cleaning technologies, exploring pathways to upgrade the energy efficiency of traditional cleaning equipment with new energy power sources.
· Power Generation & Energy Storage Track: In-depth dialogues covered high-efficiency clean power generation technologies, distributed energy storage system integration, and the combined application of solar energy and power generation equipment, defining core priorities for product technology iteration.
As the technical highlight of the event, Dr. Rui Wang, a leading researcher in novel solar cell technology, delivered a keynote on the latest frontier research achievements. Dr. Wang has published numerous landmark studies in top international journals including Nature and Science, and was named to MIT Technology Review’s Innovators Under 35 Global in 2022. The breakthroughs in high-efficiency solar cells he shared will provide cutting-edge technical references for KEMA: optimizing photovoltaic power supply modules for cleaning equipment, and improving energy conversion efficiency for power generators and energy storage systems.
